Batch Pre-expander PSF-1800L

1. It is composed of Pre-expansion Vessel and Fluidizing Bed, Material Weighing Unit and Screw Feeder.

2. Electrical Control System: Mitsubishi PLC of Japan, Schneider Touch Screen, Master Control System of France, equipped with Schneider Industrial Control Electrical Components.

3. Steam control system: with Japan Yoshitake GP2000 steam pressure reducing valve, filter, drain valve. Steam flow Proportional Control, with Korean Proportional Positioner, to achieve Accurate Analog Steam Pressure control.

4. Compressed Air Control System: High precision Filtration Unit and regulation device. Air mixture Flow Proportional Control, Korean Proportional Positioner, to achieve Accurate Analog Air-Mix control.

5. Density Control: High precision Electronic Weighing Module and PT650 Weighing Sensor are configured to realize Accurate Control of Raw Material Weighing. The Vibration Sensor made in Korea can control the foaming level. Only input the Target Density the system will automatically calculate the input of Raw Materials.

Description of Mechanical Parts

 

1.     The main shaft of Vessel body is made of solid stainless steel with DN85mm. The coaxiality of the main shaft is 0.025mm to ensure its smooth operation.

 

2.     The stirring rods and fixed interval rods are made of DN25 stainless steel pipe. The Main Vessel Body is made of 5mm Mirror type Stainless Steel Plate which can effectively solve the problem of material adhesion on the vessel wall of conventional machine.

 

3.     The steam sieve is made of 304 Stainless Steel with thickness of 5mm. All the steam slots are done by Laser – Cut with 0.2mm Gaps to ensure the uniform steam diffusion inside the vessel. Each EPS Foam Particles can absorb heat energy evenly, therefore minimum density variation of each batch can be achieved
